Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at Entergy in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives to ensure a high level of service delivery - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate as needed - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management - Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure all customer service operations comply with company policies and procedures - Oversee the development and implementation of customer service initiatives to improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - Proven experience in customer service management - Excellent project management and research skills - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
