Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Celgene, a leading biopharmaceutical company based in London, is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior Level position will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service and possess a high level of energy and adaptability.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Provide regular reports on key performance metrics to senior management.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent decision-making and communication skills. 3. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
