Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Marriott International is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate for this mid-to-senior level position will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to provide outstanding service to all customers - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed - Train and mentor customer service team members to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve the customer service department


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a remote work environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and reliable with the ability to lead a team effectively - Team player with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software platforms
