Job Description:
Reliance Steel & Aluminum is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate for this position will be a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer service representatives and ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are promptly and effectively resolved - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor customer service staff to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency - Lead by example and foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the customer service team
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in customer service management - Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Knowledge of CRM software and customer service best practices
