Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at Eli Lilly in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Dedicated and reliable individual with a strong commitment to customer service excellence - Proven experience in project management and strategic planning - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote team - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
