Job Description:
Kimberly-Clark is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management, you will play a crucial role in our organization by leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Manage customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track team and individual performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer service management, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Prior experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
