Job Description:

DraftKings is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in London, England. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and refunds accurately - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Leadership skills to lead a team of customer service representatives - Emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
