Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Officer at Microsoft in London, England, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to clients. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
