Job Description - Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Officer at Microsoft in London, England, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to clients. We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. As an Associate Level position, you will be expected to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 3. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Provide product information and technical support to customers. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong persuasion and people management skills. 4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
