Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Affirm is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Officer to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Resourceful and able to think on your feet - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
