Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team at NGL Energy Partners. As a part-time entry-level position based in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers 4. Processing orders and returns accurately 5. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery 7. Implementing feedback from customers to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks 4. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 6. People management skills to effectively handle customer interactions 7. Must be motivated and adaptable to changing environments
