Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Officer to join our team at Cardinal Health in London, England. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically - A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
