Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description: Plains GP Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while supporting the company's overall operations.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Process orders and ensure that they are fulfilled efficiently - Build strong relationships with clients and maintain customer satisfaction - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer service process - Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills - Adhere to company guidelines and standards for quality service delivery


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Adaptable and able to work independently - Proficiency in decision-making and planning - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Experience in using customer service software and CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
