Remote Customer Service Officer

DraftKings is looking for a hardworking and reliable Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Processing customer orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately - Collaborating with other team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication and presentation skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Experience working in a remote customer service role is preferred - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
