Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in London, England. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be reliable and resilient, with strong strategic planning and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
