Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team at J.M. Smucker. This is a part-time, work from home position based in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and managing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner - Resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills

Requirements: - At least 3 years of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Resilient and adaptable to change - Strategic planning and creativity skills - High school diploma or equivalent
