Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to all guests, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. 3. Handle reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. 4. Communicate effectively with guests and team members, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times. 5. Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations they may require during their stay. 6. Act as a liaison between guests and other departments within the hotel, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. 7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the front desk area and lobby. 8. Stay up to date on hotel amenities, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests. 9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service roles 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds 3. Excellent people management abilities 4. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software 7. Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays
