Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Representative at Ford in London, England, UK, your main role will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about Ford products and services. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


- Handling incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers - Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Processing orders and tracking shipments - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Providing product recommendations and upselling opportunities - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Participating in training programs to stay updated on Ford products and services


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong research and presentation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
