Customer Service Representative

Verbatim is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in London, UK. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for individuals who are driven and resourceful, with strong soft skills in presentation and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and answering questions 3. Process orders and returns efficiently 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 6. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services 7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies 8. Monitor customer satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 5. Strong problem-solving skills 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
