Customer Service Representative

At Oscar Health, we are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in London, England. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. We are looking for a resourceful and energetic individual with strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
