Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Navistar International is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service and a strong passion for helping customers. The ideal candidate will be motivated, analytical, and able to effectively communicate with customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, technical support, and order processing - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve the overall customer experience - Create and deliver presentations to internal teams on customer service trends and best practices

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must be motivated, passionate, and detail-oriented - Experience in data analysis and presentation skills is a plus
