Job Description:
Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time role at Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and answering questions about our hotel services - Process reservations, cancellations, and changes to existing bookings accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize various software programs to track and manage customer interactions
Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable with a positive attitude towards helping customers - Strong cooperation and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is preferred - Must have access to a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
