Job Description:
Campbell Soup is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles and possess strong critical thinking and time management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, escalating to management when necessary. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries and provide recommendations. 5. Collaborate with other departments such as sales and logistics to ensure smooth communication and resolution of customer issues. 6. Document all customer interactions and feedback to track trends and improve service processes. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics as set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask effectively. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
