Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Biogen is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies 3. Assist customers with product issues, returns, and exchanges 4. Process orders and payments efficiently 5. Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 2. Resourceful and confident in handling challenging situations 3. Strong time management and strategic planning skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
