Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Interpublic Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, possess excellent time management skills, and have a knack for problem-solving.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong problem-solving skills.
