Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative working from home at CSX in London, England, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will represent the company by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing information about products and services, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise. 3. Processing orders and updating customer accounts accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and addressing any additional concerns they may have. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Meeting performance goals and targets set by management.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations. 5. Leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
