Job Description:
Molina Healthcare is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and reliable demeanor, with strong teamwork and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies - Assist customers with account issues, billing questions, and technical support - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding - Document all interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service experience - Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
