Job Description:
A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Service Specialist will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our clients in the precious metals industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, be passionate about delivering high-quality service, and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, order placement, and product information - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Act as a brand ambassador for A-Mark Precious Metals by upholding the company's values and standards - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Requirements: - 2+ years of customer service experience - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Hardworking and dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations - Strong critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent
