Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


PayPal Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and general troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and escalate complex issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company policies, products, and services - Work independently to solve problems and provide solutions - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for handling customer inquiries


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful and independent - Critical thinking skills - Cooperation and teamwork skills - Previous customer service experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent - Flexible schedule availability
