Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Caterpillar is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK, in a part-time role at the Associate level. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing product recommendations and information to customers - Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products - Creating a positive and memorable customer experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong persuasion and creativity skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office - High school diploma or equivalent required
