Job Description:


Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in London. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to handle high-pressure situations, and have a passion for helping others.


Responsibilities:


- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process customer orders and handle returns or exchanges - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Update customer records and maintain accurate information in the database - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives


Requirements:


- High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous customer service experience is a plus - Must be energetic, resilient, and adaptable - Must have strong negotiation skills
