Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


SpartanNash is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience for this position.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chats. - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and efficient manner. - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. - Maintain customer records and update information as needed. - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Uphold the company's values of understanding and empathy in all interactions with customers.


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. - Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection.
