Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Zoom. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is work from home, so you will need to be comfortable working independently and have the energy to handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management - Process orders and returns accurately - Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic planning abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
