Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Microsoft is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates who are driven, motivated, possess strong critical thinking and analysis skills, and have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.


Responsibilities: - Assist customers with technical support inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure a positive experience and address any potential concerns - Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
