Job Description:
Boston Scientific is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in London, England. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products and services. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 4. Assist with customer training and onboarding to ensure a smooth implementation process. 5. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement. 6. Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions to enhance product and service offerings. 7. Assist with developing customer success strategies and initiatives to drive customer retention and growth.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Adaptable and reliable with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to address customer needs. 4. Experience with project management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
