Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Success Assistant to join our team at PPL in London, England. As an Associate level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers to ensure their success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have via phone, email, or chat. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Create and maintain customer success documentation and resources. 5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Work on special projects to support the overall customer success strategy.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Creativity and adaptability to changing situations.
