Job description:
As a Customer Success Assistant at BMW in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. This is an entry-level position requiring no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities: - Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business. - Assisting customers with product information, vehicle features, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. - Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, service, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Proactively reaching out to customers to gather feedback, provide updates, and offer assistance as needed. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Requirements: - Driven and confident personality traits to effectively engage with customers and drive positive outcomes. - Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills to work effectively with team members and customers from diverse backgrounds. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and persuasively. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems is a plus. - Must be able to work part-time hours with flexibility on evenings and weekends.
