Job Description:
CST Brands, a leading company in the retail industry, is seeking a remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, independent, and looking to gain valuable experience in customer success. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and social media. - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot any issues they may be experiencing, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services. - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and build long-lasting relationships. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with team members across different departments. - Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
