Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Assistant at Telephone & Data Systems in London, England, UK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Proactively manage relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements - Assist with onboarding new customers and training them on our products and services - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and retention - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and processes

Requirements: - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits - Strong people management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Prior experience in a customer success or account management role - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
