Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and resourceful Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Casey’s General Stores. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in London, England, UK. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met - Provide support to customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with customer onboarding and training when necessary - Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the appropriate teams - Track customer success metrics and report on key performance indicators - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures related to customer success

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
