Job Description - Customer Success Associate

The Customer Success Associate at TJX in London, England, UK is responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This role requires a high level of resilience and resourcefulness in order to effectively address customer inquiries, provide solutions to challenges, and maintain strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 3. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer issues and feedback. 4. Track customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels in the CRM system. 5. Develop customer success plans for key accounts to drive retention and loyalty. 6. Identify trends and patterns in customer issues and work with the team to improve processes and products. 7. Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products effectively. 8. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Persuasion and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 7. Resilient attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
