Job Description:
Nationwide is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through virtual communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and escalations. 4. Assist in onboarding new customers and providing product demonstrations and training as needed. 5. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our products and services. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in the company's CRM system. 7. Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance, gather feedback, and promote additional products or services. 8. Help develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and loyalty.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Reliable and adaptable nature to handle various customer situations. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
