Job Description:
Expedia is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Associate to join our remote team in London, England. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. - Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and support. - Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience. - Meet performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and resolution.
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or customer success role. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Driven and dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction goals. - Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
