Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at EMC in London, England. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all customer interactions - Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives and challenges, and proactively work to address their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services to customers - Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, helping them maximize the value they receive from our products - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success, and share learnings with the team - Track and report on key customer metrics and KPIs, such as retention rates and customer lifetime value
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success or account management roles - Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels - Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Hardworking and motivated individual with a drive for success - Innovative thinker with a knack for problem-solving
