Job Description:
Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a skilled Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, including product development, sales, and marketing - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and drive improvements in our products and services - Provide training and onboarding support to new customers to ensure a successful implementation of our solutions - Monitor customer activity and engagement, proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may arise - Track and report on key performance metrics, such as customer retention and satisfaction rates
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and changing environment - Experience working in a remote or virtual setting is preferred
