Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

St. Jude Medical is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and help them achieve their goals - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and deliver presentations to customers on product updates, best practices, and industry trends - Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Motivated and independent personality traits - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
