Job Description - Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


American Airlines Group is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 6 years of experience in customer success, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue from existing customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products - Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals set by the company


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
