Job Description - Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


DHL, a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in customer success management.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Drive customer engagement and adoption of DHL's products and services. 6. Provide regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders on customer success metrics. 7. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth. 8. Develop and implement customer success strategies and best practices. 9. Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with key customers. 10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer success management.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about customer success and delivering exceptional service. 2. Confident in engaging with customers and addressing their needs effectively. 3. Innovative and creative in finding solutions to customer challenges. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Experience with CRM software and customer success tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
