Job Description:
Tenneco is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work remotely from home, providing support and guidance to our valued customers in the London, England area. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer success, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business success.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive support - Develop and execute customer success strategies to ensure customer retention and satisfaction - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on product usage and best practices - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels - Develop and deliver customer training and onboarding programs
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Confident and energetic personality with a passion for customer success - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
