Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Stanley Black & Decker. This is a part-time, work from home position based in London, England, UK. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 5. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 6. Develop strategies to drive customer engagement and increase loyalty. 7. Provide training and support to customers on our products and services.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong research abilities to understand customer needs and preferences. 3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 4. Self-motivated and driven to achieve results. 5. Experience in customer success or account management is preferred. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office programs.
