Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Ross Stores is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in London, UK. This role is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role and be at a mid-to-senior level in their career.


As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with Ross Stores products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing solutions to meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to drive customer satisfaction and retention by consistently delivering exceptional service.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and check-ins. 2. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers. 3. Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure customer needs are being met. 4. Monitor customer usage data and track key metrics to measure customer success and satisfaction. 5. Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by customers and work to resolve them in a timely manner.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong strategic planning and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience working remotely is a plus.
